It’s competition time!
The promoter is Capricorn Tourism and Economic Development Ltd ABN 72 142 612 280 Trading as Capricorn Enterprise, 15 East Street, Rockhampton, Queensland 4700 (Capricorn Enterprise).
The competition is open to residents of Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast regions, 18 years and over except employees of Capricorn Enterprise, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Capricorn Enterprise.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
One entry will be accepted from the same person. Validity of entries is at the sole discretion of Capricorn Enterprise.
Competition commences from Saturday 11th December 2021 and concludes on Sunday 19th December 2021. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

Prize vouchers are subject to availability and the business operators reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Peak exclusion dates may apply as per each business operator.
The winner will be drawn by random on Monday 20th December 2021 and winner will be notified via Facebook/Instagram.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be posted/delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
